How do I place an order?
You can place your order via one of the following options:

What is the typical ordering process?
Once you have selected your items, a Job Confirmation will be emailed to you to verify the specifics of your order. Once you have approved and we have received your artwork/logo, the item will be ordered. A proof will be emailed for your approval as well. This electronic proof will show you what the product looks like with your logo/information. Once you have approved, the order is put into production. Most orders take 7-10 days but it does depend on the item and vendor. The order is then shipped directly to you or wherever you have designated.
Artwork
In what format should I send my artwork?
Standard format required is Vector art in an EPS format. You will also need to list any fonts used or PMS colors used. Depending on the item produced, format requirements may vary.
JPEG, GIF, Bitmap images do not have the quality required to reproduce the art on an item and will not be accepted.
What if I do not have artwork in this format?
You will need to get your file converted to the appropriate format. If you do not have access to this capability, we can get it done for you for a nominal fee.

Pricing
What are set-up charges?
Set-up charges are a one-time charge to imprint your logo, artwork or text on an item. Next time you order the same exact item, there will be no set-up charge. There are exceptions as it does depend on the item and vendor. Some vendors may charge 50% of the set-up charge for reorders.
Standard pricing is provided on your Job Confirmation. There are additional charges depending on the following options:
● Printing in more than one location
● Printing in more than one color
● Matching the exact PMS color
● How the product is packaged.
Shipping charges and taxes are not provided on the Job Confirmation but will be billed when the order is invoiced.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Minimum Orders & Rush Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum varies by product and is provided on the Catalog websites as the first pricing column. Please call Quail Creek Gifts to check on the minimums for a particular item. Some vendors will allow you to order at less than the stated minimum quantity for an additional fee.
Can I expedite an order?
In many cases, yes. Again, it depends on the item but there are items you can receive in as little as 24 hours or 3 or 5 days. Please check the Catalog websites or contact Quail Creek Gifts to check availability and associated charges. Also, please make sure we have noted the required due date on your Job Confirmation.
Samples/Proofs
Can I order a sample?
Yes, we can provide a blank (non-imprinted) sample for you prior to ordering. Depending on the item, please check with us to see if any charges apply.
You can also order a pre-production proof, basically a sample with your imprint. This is sometimes requested when ordering large quantities. There is a charge associated with creating a pre-production proof.
Overruns/Underruns
What is an overrun or underrun?
This is a standard practice in the promotional products industry. When an order is placed, there are typically extras produced for quality control. We try to produce exactly the amount ordered; however, many times the quantity may vary plus or minus 5%. Depending on the outcome, you will be billed accordingly to the actual number produced and shipped.
